Delivery Areas

Fiorista offers flower and gift delivery in Prishtina and throughout Kosovo.

Same-Day Delivery – Prishtina

Same-day delivery is available within the city of Prishtina under the following conditions:

  • Orders must be placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM).

  • Same-day delivery is subject to product availability.

  • Same-day delivery includes an additional charge of €3.00.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time may be delivered the next day or on the next available delivery slot.

Next-Day and Scheduled Delivery – Kosovo

Fiorista offers delivery to all cities and regions in Kosovo.

  • Next-day delivery and scheduled delivery are available.

  • Delivery charge for Kosovo orders is €2.00.

  • Customers can select preferred delivery dates during checkout.

Delivery Time Windows

To ensure efficient delivery, orders are delivered within selected time windows rather than exact hours. Fiorista will make every effort to respect the requested delivery timeframe.

Receiver Availability

  • Customers must provide a valid phone number for the recipient.

  • Our courier may contact the recipient to ensure successful delivery.

Product Substitution

Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
If specific flowers or packaging are unavailable, Fiorista reserves the right to substitute them with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and color theme.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Delivery may be considered completed if:

  • The recipient is unavailable after reasonable contact attempts.

  • The delivery address or phone number provided is incorrect.

In such cases, Fiorista will contact the customer to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional delivery fee.

Special Event and Holiday Periods

During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.):

  • Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  • Deliveries will be made within the selected delivery date.

Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation by Fiorista staff. Customers may be contacted to confirm delivery details before order preparation.
